For orders less than this amount, the shipping charges will depend on the weight of the item(s), the delivery method selected and the shipping destination of your order. EngineKitOnline.com reserves the right to select the most advantageous shipping method, and customers will be informed of shipping method and associated fees prior to shipment.

This freight policy is for DOMESTIC customers only. The freight for all the overseas orders will be at buyer’s expense. Please be advised that shipping charges paid by the customer for all international (including Canada) shipments are exclusive of customs duties, brokerages and taxes. The customer will be solely responsible for such customs duties, brokerages and taxes in the event that such obligations take place.

Returns & Replacements
A return authorization number must be obtained from EngineKitOnline.com prior to return.
- A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
- All returned parts must pass EngineKitOnline.com’s quality control inspection.
- Credit will be issued based on original purchase price and condition of returned goods.
- All goods must be returned in “sellable” condition to qualify for credit.
- All parts must be returned to EngineKitOnline.com freight prepaid by customer.
Please contact us to obtain a RMA number prior to returning the product.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. All prices are in U.S. currency. Material will be billed at prices in effect at the time of shipment.
Viewing Orders
Once you have placed an order with us. Our customer support staff will attempt to make the best effort to get your products ready for shipment within one to two business days.
